BIBA’s Membership Self Service Portal is designed to give members the opportunity to manage the information held on BIBA’s membership database. This facility will allow members to amend their contact details and will give members control over their membership record. It is important that membership records are kept up to date to ensure that: 1. Your company listing on BIBA’s ‘Find a Broker’ website is correct. 2. You receive technical updates by email from BIBA 3. You receive postal communication to the correct address 4. You receive membership information from BIBA e.g. schemes and training information. 5. Your entry into the BIBA Membership Directory is correct Once you have submitted your amendments they will be sent to BIBA for verification and then automatically amended on the BIBA database. These amendments may take 48 hours to be reflected on BIBA’s Find a Broker section of the BIBA website. Please enter your unique membership number and enter the password ‘biba’. |
